The paté of olives, capers and almonds carries within it a mixture of Mediterranean flavors, typical of our area in Puglia. Almonds are widely used in traditional Apulian cuisine and in this case we have combined them with capers and olives, three very different but both engaging flavors to obtain a very fragrant cream.
Inside each jar you will find the freshness and intensity of each individual ingredient. This paté is made without the use of dyes. Ideal to spread on bread, bruschetta or croutons, or to make a rice salad special.
