Sensory notes
Intense ruby-garnet red color, with almost black reflections. On the nose, hints of dark flowers and small black berried fruits, sometimes with light hints of tobacco. In the mouth it is dry and dry, pleasantly bitter.
Non presenta nessun residuo zuccherino.
Pairings: Traditional Apulian dishes, game roasted meats, legume soups or mixed summer grills. It is also recommended on cold cuts and medium-aged cheeses.
