Our aubergines in Oilalà extra virgin olive oil have an intense and slightly spicy taste. Sliced, they guarantee the right fragrance and consistency, they can be best enjoyed as an appetizer or accompanied by cold cuts, meats and cheeses.
A quick idea to enjoy them at their best? Cut an "Arab" type sandwich in half, pour a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil contained in the jar, spread a few slices of our aubergines in oil and two slices of fresh goat cheese on top. Finish by adding half a teaspoon of the Oilalà pesto. Close and enjoy!
