Sensory notes
Golden yellow color; Having been grown in the warm climate of Puglia, it has acquired hints of pear, apricot, hay and honey, while the aging on yeasts has given it aromas of the coast of bread and an elegant and complex palate.
Pairings: Risotto with vegetables, dishes based on swordfish, shrimp or fresh cheeses.
