Our Balsamic Vinegar of Modena obtained from the IGP supply chain, Protected Geographical Indication, is the result of a skilful blend of cooked musts and wine vinegar, all aged in oak barrels: an artisanal and indigenous process. The result is a fragrant and spicy balsamic, characterized by a good balsamic acidity, balanced by the sweetness of the cooked musts, slightly acetic and complete with woody aftertaste.

This vinegar is obtained exclusively according to the organic method, without the use of pesticides and in full respect of the environment. All the productive process is therefore certificate in order to guarantee consumers compliance with the highest standards of organic production.

It lends itself well as a condiment on raw or cooked vegetables, to marinate meat or fish, but also with soups or vegetable-based main courses.
